实现活动链路流量的负载分来自担ethtrunk，同时可实现非活动链路的冗余备份；

手360问答工完成eth-trunk接口的建立、成员端口的加入ethtrunk，LACP协议负责确定活动接口；

LACP协议协商础阿早实增等功原失败后ethtrunk，eth-trunk接口down，成员端口都不能转发流量；
